SkinPen Precision Microneedling & Wow! Fusion with Mesotherapy

Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a skin treatment designed to improve a range of skin conditions.

There are various modes, but we offer two different types. Generally speaking, the treatment consists of piercing the skin repeatedly with very small, very fine needles, which stimulates a healing and inflammatory response. This response is effectively a ‘controlled injury’, that sends the body’s own healing factors – via the blood stream – to the site of treatment, and stimulates healing and collagen and elastin production.

This leads to:

What is the difference between SkinPen and Wow! Fusion?

SkinPen Precision

This is the only FDA approved pen-type needling device. It is a very safe way of treating deeper scarring and lines and wrinkles, with an adjustable depth needling system. It has some downtime, where the skin may feel hot, dry and red (very similar to sunburn) for up to around 48 hours. Full aftercare products are provided for a week after treatment.

Wow! Fusion

Using a fillable glass vial with tiny needles, this different type of needling is far more bespoke. While you are still puncturing the skin, it is a gentler and more controlled way of rejuvenating the skin with all the benefits of needling, but with the added benefits of the personalised cocktail of mesotherapy ingredients that are added to the Wow! Fusion device. These nourishing ingredients help target specific concerns, including ‘White’, an infusion to reduce pigmentation, age spots and sun damage, ‘Age’, which is designed to tackle exactly what it says!, and ‘Vitamin Complex’ for the health of the skin, containing a blend of vitamins and minerals, and ‘Hair’ for hair growth and rejuvenation where hair is thinning.
