Happy new year to you all! I hope you had a great Christmas, and a relaxing new year – and have all avoided the dreaded lurgy!
You may have heard by. Now that we have moved and we are still very excited about it!
We were lucky enough to nab a great little room at the rather brilliant, shiny new Lichfield Health and Fitness club, which opened in December on the Co-op Site at Boley Park in Lichfield. Just a couple of minutes from the A38, it‘s a really easy place to get to, and there is loads of free parking! (as well as being really convenient, as there is a shop, coffee shop, pharmacy and petrol station on site too!)
The team here are great, and have made us feel really welcome. While my room isn’t huge, it works brilliantly, and is right in the heart of the gym, so we feel a real part of the family!
